situated so that the noise from your generator will be minimized.

If you are bringing a ride or amusement, you must attach a copy of your current
insurance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Requests will be filled in the order that the applications are received, so it is imperative that you send in your application as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to put you in the space you were in last year or in the space that you have requested, however, there may be more requests than can be met. Landscaping changes to the park are out of our control and can affect the location of booths. If you require a generator, as a courtesy to the other exhibitors and customers, your booth may be placed in an area that minimizes the noise. Exhibitors providing amusement rides: 1. May not offer for sale 2. Are responsible for the safety of their customers. No prepared food exhibitors are allowed, all food at this fair is provided by the Los Banos Tiger Sharks. We do not provide pop-ups, props, tables, signs, awnings, etc. No electricity or hookups of any kind are provided for either booths or RV’s.
NO SECURITY IS PROVIDED AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF BOOTH FEES.
Los Banos Tiger Sharks Mother’s Day Annual Arts and Crafts Fair Saturday and Sunday, May 8th and 9th, 2010 9:00am to 5:00pm
Pacheco Park (Corner of Hwy. 152 and 7th Street)
Booth Space: $75 per 15’ x 15’ (approximate) booth for both days
Deadline: If you are a returning Exhibitor and want the same space as last year, we must have your application by April 1st, 2010. All other applications are due by April 21st, 2010.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 21ST.
All returned checks will be charged a $35 fee. Late and last minute applications will be considered depending on available booth space. No refunds will be given for booth fees.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Parking is prohibited on Hwy. 152 as well as in the driveway that runs across the back of the park. The Los Banos Police Department will be routinely patrolling the area and citations will be issued.
Overnight camping is available on a limited basis. No electricity or hookups of any kind will be provided. Camping in your booth space is allowed.
NO SECURITY OF ANY TYPE IS PROVIDED!
As noted above, booth spaces will be assigned as applications and payments are received. Booth space is approximately 15’ x 15’. Exhibitors are responsible for setup and take down of their own booths. Exhibitors will need to provide their own canopies, awnings, tables, chairs, props, signs, etc. Exhibitors must provide their own generators.
